By accessing or using Dorky.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. AI Output Disclaimer

Our service uses probabilistic Artificial Intelligence. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content (including color grading, sorting, and generative fill) may contain artifacts, hallucinations, or inaccuracies.
You are responsible for reviewing all final output before delivering it to your clients.
We make no guarantees regarding the aesthetic "correctness" of the AI's artistic decisions.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the original footage you upload. You grant Dorky.ai a limited license to process this footage for the purpose of fulfilling your project.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dorky.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
